ABOUT MARGRACE APARTMENTS

At Margrace Apartments, our main priority is to provide a nice, clean, safe place for our tenants to live. We have absolutely zero tolerance for trouble making and loitering. You will feel safe here.

We offer modern, comfortable apartment homes and furnish full maintenance as well as lawn care.

Margrace Apartments consists of 2 complexes: Margrace Road Apartments and Wells Street Apartments. Both complexes are conveniently located near Interstate 85 and Kings Mountain High School.

Our energy-efficient units are the newest, most up-to-date modern apartment homes in Kings Mountain. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned and painted. As needed, we upgrade appliances and lay new flooring. We install new blinds each time a tenant moves out.

Margrace Apartments does not accept government-subsidized rent.

 

MARGRACE ROAD APARTMENTS

Most have one-step entry. They are red brick with white vinyl siding. All units have a small front porch and a concrete patio.

This complex is surrounded by a 6’ fence, which allows only one way in and one way out. The area is illuminated with perimeter dusk-to-dawn lighting. Each unit has a monitored security system as well.

Every apartment home in this complex has 2 large bedrooms, a living room, a roomy kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer connections, large closets, 1 full bath, central heat (electric heat pump) and air conditioning, custom oak cabinets, an electric range and a dishwasher. The flooring in the living room and bedrooms is carpet. The bath and kitchen floors are vinyl. Each energy-efficient apartment also has a ceiling fan and double-paned windows.

WELLS STREET APARTMENTS

A 6’ fence surrounds the entire complex. The area is illuminated with perimeter dusk-to-dawn lighting. Additionally, each townhome has a monitored security system.

The exteriors are oversized brick and white vinyl siding with black shutters.

These townhomes are 2-story with 1 ½ baths. They have custom oak cabinetry, an electric range, a dishwasher and smooth ceilings.

Downstairs has a large kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer connections, and a sizable living room with a ceiling fan and with a double window for natural light.

Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with big closets. One bedroom has a double closet. The full bath is on this floor as well.

These modern, energy-efficient townhomes have central heat (electric heat pump) and air conditioning.
